About the Role\nOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the construction and delivery of a major mission-critical data centre project.\nResponsibilities\nLead multi-disciplinary construction activities across architectural, civil, structural, MEP, ICT, and environmental packages from installation through commissioning and handover.\nCoordinate international and local contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.\nManage HSE and QA/QC in line with Finnish regulations and client requirements.\nAssess project scheduling requirements, support programme delivery, prepare 12-week look-ahead schedules, monitor site progress, and proactively communicate risks or delays.\nSupport the Project Director throughout the project lifecycle, including planning (MS Project & Primavera P6), commercial activities, stakeholder management, commissioning, and handover.\nRequirements\n5+ years' experience delivering industrial construction projects.\nExperience on at least one data centre project; hyperscale experience is highly desirable.\nDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.\nFluent English is essential; Finnish is a significant advantage.\nRight to work in Finland or an EU passport.
