We are looking for a skilled A la carte cook for Helsinki on a flexible, temporary basis. You will primarily work in service, responsible for your own station and for preparing and finishing dishes. The assignments vary, allowing you to work with different A la carte concepts and professional kitchen teams. In this gig you’re valued for your skill and ability to jump into a new kitchen quickly. You have strong mise en place thinking, manage your own station and can work efficiently even in busy periods. Shifts are offered on weekdays and weekends, mostly in the evening. Because it’s a flexible position you can choose from available shifts to fit your schedule. We expect prior experience in an a la carte kitchen and the ability to work independently.
