Head of IT responsible for leading the company’s technology, data and digital development to support business goals. The role involves managing IT strategy, developing and guiding the information systems and data governance, overseeing data capabilities and AI development, leading IT architecture and data management, identifying new technology-enabled business opportunities and coordinating with the executive team and business leaders. You will manage IT partners and service providers to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient IT services aligned with business needs, and develop cybersecurity, information security, risk management and business continuity. The position reports to the CFO and is part of the finance team. Skills sought include strong business acumen, change leadership, experience in data and analytics solutions, practical AI understanding, and excellent collaboration and communication with stakeholders. The role operates in a hybrid model with the office located in Vantaa, and the contract for automotive industry professionals’ collective agreement applies. - Proven experience in IT leadership and strategy

- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Finnish and English
