This part-time cook position at Porin Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna involves preparing high-quality breakfast, conference and event catering, lunches, dinners, team meals, and popular brunches. You will contribute to presenting dishes attractively and creating memorable taste experiences for guests. You will also help maintain general kitchen cleanliness, manage storerooms, and handle incoming loads. The role requires genuine passion for cooking, careful work, ability to anticipate daily workflow, and strong teamwork, with the ability to stay calm under pressure. The job may include shifts across the full week, with an emphasis on evening shifts. Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not mandatory. Salary is set according to the MaRaVa collective agreement (€13.70–€15.04 per hour) with evening and weekend allowances and potential incentive pay. Start as soon as possible.
