In the service center we handle the welfare area's passenger transport, materials logistics, facilities support services, clinical support services, digitization of ordering, and customer service. As the technical housing manager in the maintenance team, your duties include: acting as the user advocate to ensure the technical condition of our buildings, maintenance, service requests and repair projects; planning and supervising facility maintenance and minor investments; performing maintenance, repairs and upkeep tasks for future projects; ensuring compliance with authorities' regulations and contracts for the properties; participating in budgeting and reporting; improving energy efficiency by optimizing energy consumption and heating costs; and handling tasks related to gas centers. The job location name and address: Service Center / Maintenance. Working hours: 36.25 h/week. The position is permanent. Required education: Technical housing manager or solid practical experience. Required experience: experience in building services engineering, maintenance and project management of repairs; knowledge of building automation and building systems. Random drug testing may be requested from applicants to comply with the Western Uusimaa wellbeing district program.
