Cleaning Service Supervisor

Role: Cleaning Service Supervisor in Seinäjoki. RTK-Palvelu Oy is a Finnish multi-service company in property services with 50 years of experience. We are looking for a Service Supervisor to support daily operations by organizing and directing cleaning tasks, planning shifts, monitoring quality, and developing collaboration with the client. The role also involves active participation in cleaning work. Requirements include prior experience in supervision and janitorial work; training is considered an advantage, and a valid safety card is mandatory (we can provide training). You will communicate in Finnish; English proficiency at least satisfactory is required, other languages are a plus. A driving license and ability to travel across regions are required; owning a car is an advantage.
