Customer Success Manager

Pennylane is seeking a Customer Success Manager for medium accounts (accountants with 150–3500 dossiers) to drive adoption, retention and expansion. The role focuses on onboarding, onboarding maturity assessment, plan development, removal of adoption barriers, proactive CSAT, and revenue governance. Responsibilities include onboarding new cabinets post-migration, designing an implementation plan, guiding adoption and evolution of practices, and driving expansion opportunities. The profile requires 2+ years in an accounting/audit cabinet, autonomous portfolio management, strong accounting basics, data-driven KPI tracking, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The team emphasizes data-driven management, customer success metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve playbooks and product roadmap.
