Packing and Warehouse Worker

We are looking for an experienced warehouse and packing worker to join our client in Tornio. The role involves various warehouse and packing duties with metal products, including picking and packing items, inspecting finished metal products for quality, protecting and preparing products for transport, handling shipping documents, and other warehouse/planning tasks. The job emphasizes carefulness and precision and requires the ability to handle different products appropriately. The work is daytime, with readiness for shift work considered a plus. We expect you to have prior experience in warehouse, packing, logistics, or related tasks; a careful and precise work attitude; initiative and motivation; willingness to do hands-on work; good teamwork skills. Prior experience or training in metallurgy and forklift driving is an asset. We offer diverse work in warehouse and packing tasks and a good orientation. The employment may start through temporary staffing or direct recruitment to the client company. Wages are determined according to the Teknologiateollisuus collective agreement, considering the task description, your competence and experience.
