We are hiring multiple customer advisors for Posti’s corporate and individual customer service. As a customer advisor you will assist customers across channels (phone, email, chat), with phone being the primary tool. Your goal is to deliver excellent customer interactions by understanding needs and offering the best solutions with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role is fast-paced call center work. You will encounter many different customer situations; not all will follow a script. We measure quality, efficiency, and customer experience. The position is for the upcoming holiday season, temporary, with start 19.10.2026 and end 31.12.2026. Shifts typically 6:00–20:00, 37.5 h/week, office in Helsinki Ilmala. Salary is 13.78 €/h.
