This posting is for a nurse at Villa Vuoranta, Helsinki. The nurse will be autonomous, eager to learn more, possess strong interpersonal skills and readiness to take responsibility. Responsibilities include health and medical care of residents, directing staff, and developing nursing work in collaboration with the team. Experience with RAИ and DomaCare is an advantage. Salary is under the private social services collective agreement, with shift allowances and a small task-specific addition. Requires a tertiary nursing degree (AMK) or prior diploma or specialized nurse or health nurse or midwife with licensure to practice nursing in Finland; Finnish language proficiency; vaccination against infectious diseases; tuberculosis screening; criminal background check for working with the elderly; licence to practice to be completed by end of trial period (licences preferred).
