Kotia Palvelut Oy Satamamestari opens its doors in Turku on Ruissalontie in late summer 2026. Satamamestari provides domestic and modern housing services for people whose functional capacity is reduced for various reasons. Our aim is to strengthen and maintain our customers’ functioning so they can participate actively in society as independently as possible. You will be part of building a brand-new unit. The work is motivating, and you can influence the development of the new unit. Your job includes guiding and assisting clients in various everyday tasks and transactions as well as everyday management, organizing group activities, and collaborating with other actors related to the client’s everyday life. You will act as the client’s own guide, collaborating with different parties. Your work is guided by the client’s service delivery plan and you will be responsible for medication administration and daily recording. Our work is versatile, providing holistic daily support and guidance. Work starts from the resident’s needs and takes place in the resident’s own home, in the unit’s common spaces, or in other environments outside the unit. We work together with the resident and their network. You are trained as a practical nurse. Our team collaborates with everyone respectfully, so our team enjoys a positive attitude. We also require valid medication licenses and preferably a hygiene certificate and current first aid training. We observe a maximum 6-month probation period. The shifts are two- and three-shift work, including weekends. Salary grade: G20C.
