We are seeking a new speech-language therapist to join our Rauma team. The role involves pediatric individual therapy, delivered at our premises or in the client’s home environment in Rauma and nearby municipalities. The multidisciplinary team works together to provide high-quality rehabilitation for clients. The immediate supervisor is a rehabilitation professional who ensures operations run smoothly so you can focus on client work. We value support and encouragement for professional growth. Flexible hours, part-time options, and various pay models are available. The salary for full-time pediatric speech-language therapists starts at 4030–4739 EUR/month depending on experience and coverage area; a performance-based model yields 4000–6500 EUR/month on average depending on pace. Employment type and hours can be adjusted; there is a wide network of offices and opportunities to move to another location if needed. Start date to be agreed.
