About the role

We are seeking friendly and reliable Kultapalat family day care practitioners to join our expanding team in Helsinki. The role involves opening your home to children in groups of up to four, providing safe, high-quality early education in a small setting where every child receives individual attention. We offer a framework for activities but you will have freedom to shape the day. The job is performed as a franchised entrepreneur within the Kultapalat network. We provide full support to start and run the business, with training and ongoing guidance. You will become part of the Kultapalat community, exchanging ideas with other caregivers. Typical responsibilities include delivering early childhood education in a home setting, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and collaborating with families. Monthly income is around €3600 when caring for four children, with seven weeks of vacation per year.

Requirements

  • Experience in daycare or early childhood education

  • Willingness to innovate in early childhood education
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Cooking skills
