Your workdays include, among other things: - Meeting and supporting young people during the school day - Grouping and strengthening community - Planning and implementing small group activities - Cooperation with school staff, guardians, your own team, and networks - Promoting the participation and equality of young people - Outreach during evening and night hours on streets and in shopping centers - Camp and trip activities - Various planning and reporting tasks Our team consists of nine school youth workers and two project workers for an equality project. Our primary frameworks are chapters 2–4 of the national core curriculum and the professional ethical guidelines for youth work.
