The Nebius Data Center Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for new data center builds, negotiating with ODM/OEM vendors, and creating dashboards to track tasks and deadlines. The role includes cost optimization, handling supply constraints, and coordinating with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations teams. Post go-live, you’ll support global data centers to ensure zero-disruption operations through proactive stock planning and rapid procurement. Requirements include 5+ years in server/data center hardware procurement, direct ODM/OEM experience, strong negotiation skills, and English proficiency. Bonus for GPU procurement, experience in hyper-scale/AI infrastructure, global procurement, and NetSuite/ERP familiarity. Remote work within EU is possible; the Amsterdam office is available as well.

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in server/data center hardware procurement
- Direct experience with ODM/OEM manufacturers
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in English
