We are looking for a Sales Coordinator for our client in Vantaa to support smooth customer experience and assist the sales team in a versatile role. The job location is in Vantaa with good transport connections and the industry is food manufacturing. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract. It is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week). Working hours are weekdays 8:00–16:00 with flexible scheduling. Work languages are Finnish and English.

- Sales support tasks and customer service

- Monitoring sales reports and key figures
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles (B2B)
- Relevant education (Merkonom, Tradennomi AMK or equivalent)
- Customer-oriented and precise work approach
- Good IT skills and willingness to learn company systems (MS Dynamics 365 F&O)
- Fluent in Finnish and English
