We are seeking a practical and goal-oriented warehouse and logistics manager for our client operating in the Helsinki metropolitan area. In this role you will be responsible for the warehouse operations, personnel and ongoing development, taking part in day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations while developing processes with the team. You will oversee the warehouse as a whole, including daily operational leadership (picking, receiving, shipments, storage) planning and prioritising work and efficient use of resources through team guidance. Requirements
- Strong practical warehouse and logistics knowledge
- Experience in supervisory work and ability to lead and motivate a team in daily operations

- Ability to work under pressure and solve day-to-day challenges
- Fluent Finnish and English skills
