Coffee Shop Manager Job Description As a result-responsible Coffee Shop Manager, you are holistically responsible for your cafe's staff, operations, products, and service in accordance with Espresso House's values and operating models. You are responsible for the operational functioning of your cafe and its development measures, such as improving sales and service, distributing tasks, shift planning, ordering, equipment maintenance, and resolving various challenging situations in your cafe. The most important part of your role is to motivate the team and invest in their well-being and skill development on a daily basis. To succeed in this position, you should have: - Previous experience in supervisory work and a track record in result-responsible roles in a cafe or restaurant. - An understanding of holistic well-being and the ability to motivate your team by being an inspiring and positive role model. - Knowledge of business KPIs and the ability to track set goals and their achievement. - A desire to develop our operations and enjoyment of diverse tasks. - Good communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, flexibility, and good stress tolerance. - Up-to-date IT skills. - Fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English: our instructions, training, and team working language are primarily Finnish, but the customer base in Rovaniemi is international.
