Jämsän Vesi liikelaitos seeks a network master in a permanent full-time position. As network master you will be responsible for the smooth operation of Jämsä Water's water-supply networks, the supervision of network works, and the planned asset management of the water distribution network. The role combines practical, hands-on operational work, personnel supervision and long-term development of water networks. You will oversee daily organizing and supervision of work related to the water network maintenance, guiding your own staff and, when needed, contractors to ensure smooth work processes, and you will be responsible for safety and proper implementation of network works together with the municipal technical department of the City of Jämsä. You will work to maintain the reliability and service level of the water network, and to plan the condition, value, service life and repair needs of the network. You will identify maintenance and renovation needs, prioritize actions, ensure up-to-date network information and data, and maintain and develop network planning, documentation and registry data. You will collaborate with planning, construction, maintenance, customer service and other stakeholders. In this position you play a central role in ensuring the water network operates safely, efficiently and without disruptions now and in the future. You are also expected to actively contribute to improving operating methods, maintenance and the management of network assets.

Requirements
- Fluent Finnish
- Technical college or university degree in civil engineering, construction or water infrastructure
- Practical experience in water networks, maintenance, or similar technical tasks
- Experience in supervisory roles or willingness to take responsibility for guiding staff
- Understanding of water network structure, maintenance and reliability
- Interest in long-term asset management and development
- Good collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to make independent decisions
- Systematic and responsible work approach
- Driver's license (B)
