Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails and chat messages from Francophone customers
- Identify customer needs and issues and offer appropriate support
- Follow internal systems to track interactions
- Deliver a high-quality, friendly customer experience
- Participate in remote training and join online team meetings
- Maintain a home-based work setup and a quiet workspace
- Provide consistent and clear communication with customers and colleagues
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as banking setup and tax identification documents
Requirements
- French language fluency (spoken and written)
- Good level of English (spoken and written)
- Available for a minimum of 12 months
- Residence within 100 km of Lisbon or Porto
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- 18+ years old
- European passport
