Sales Assistant

Turku Cooperative Market S-Branch in Kaarina is seeking a SALES ASSISTANT. The position is temporary until August 31, 2027 and part-time 20 hours per week. Start date according to the agreement. The role includes creating a quality customer experience, working at the cash register and in the grocery department. Tasks include shelf replenishment, order picking, and maintaining presentation and store cleanliness. The store is physically active with lots of movement and standing. Shifts vary on weekdays and weekends between 05:50 and 22:10. We value a positive, proactive approach, teamwork, and willingness to take on varied duties. Previous experience in similar tasks is a plus. Pay is based on the Retail Industry Collective Agreement. Hourly wage depends on education and experience: 10.89–14.57 €/h. Evening and weekend allowances apply. There is also a possible incentive bonus up to €1.20 per hour worked.
