RMC is looking for a foreman for machine area installations. The foreman is responsible for supervising installation work within the assigned area, coordinating subcontractors performing installation tasks, and ensuring progress and technical direction. The role includes ensuring prerequisites for work, availability of materials at the sites, and safety. It also involves interpreting work descriptions for the network and communicating change work with the design department, attending progress meetings, and reporting to the area manager. Requirements include at least a suitable AMK or vocational college degree; you may also be near completion of studies but with proven installation experience at shipyards and ship environments. Additionally required are technical skills and experience with various machine systems and devices. Strong initiative and teamwork with internal and external networks are expected. Finnish and English proficiency is required. The position does not include administrative supervisory responsibilities.
