At the cash register, the customer is a welcome guest. Communication and customer attention are much more important than knowledge of etiquette. We are primarily looking for customer service professionals who work with a smile even in busy moments. Previous experience in the field is considered an advantage. You serve customers fluently in both Finnish and English, and you also have a hygiene passport. If your Finnish is not fluent, unfortunately this job is not suitable for you. An alcohol service license is considered an advantage. You want to ensure that customers enjoy their experience and receive the best possible restaurant service with your contribution. As a waiter, you play an important role in customer service - responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. We require readiness to work all shifts, which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We are not looking for summer employees, but for a permanent position and employee. Salary is based on the industry collective agreement. We are a flexible employer who considers your individual needs.
