Waiter/Waitress

At Kassandra, every customer is a welcome guest. Communication and paying attention to customers are much more important than knowing etiquette. Above all, we are looking for customer-service professionals who work with a smile even when it is busy. Previous experience in the field is considered an advantage. You will serve customers fluently in both Finnish and English, and you must also have a hygiene passport. If your Finnish is not fluent, this job is unfortunately not suitable for you. An alcohol-serving passport is considered an advantage. You want to contribute through your work to ensuring that customers enjoy themselves and have the best possible restaurant experience. As a waiter, you work in an important, customer-facing role and are responsible, among other things, for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and keeping the dining area clean. You must be ready to work all shifts; shifts vary across mornings, days, evenings and weekends. We are not looking for a summer employee, but for a permanent employment relationship and employee. Pay follows the collective agreement for the sector. As an employer, we are flexible and take your individual needs into account.
