We are seeking an experienced corporate financing professional to grow our corporate client activity. The role combines sales and financing expertise, including acquiring new corporate clients, engaging with entrepreneurs and company management, and constructing financing solutions that are mutually beneficial for the client and the bank. You will manage your own corporate client portfolio, build new client networks, analyze company operations and financial statements, assess financing risk and profitability, prepare loan presentations, move financing projects to decisions, and identify additional banking needs for clients. The position emphasizes both sales and risk management and expects independent, proactive work and result-driven attitude.

Responsibilities
- Manage own corporate client portfolio and grow it
- Acquire new corporate clients actively and build new relationships
- Meet entrepreneurs, owners and management and identify their needs
- Develop network with regional companies and key actors
- Analyze company operations, financial statements, cash flow and repayment capacity
- Assess financing risk, collateral structure and profitability
- Prepare loan presentations and drive financing projects to decision
- Increase client value by identifying other banking needs
- Balance sales and risk management
Requirements
- Strong experience in corporate financing, corporate banking, or related demanding B2B financing
