Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a recruitment consultant for the winter season to strengthen our operations in Lapland, covering the Levi, Ylläs and Saariselkä region. The role is a good fit for someone already working in Horeca or the travel industry who wants to flexibly handle recruitment tasks and possibly acquire client relationships alongside their own job. You do not need to be a recruitment professional — we will train and onboard you. Key strengths are initiative, industry familiarity, and a drive to succeed. In the role you will: search for and interview Horeca workers; match the right people to the right jobs; work flexibly around your own schedule. We expect: experience or a good understanding of the Horeca sector; initiative and an active work mindset; strong interpersonal skills; a willingness to learn and develop in recruitment.
