The goal is to be the best in Finland’s early childhood sector by working together. We are now seeking an Early Years Teacher for Pilke Liikuntapäiväkoti Hohto in Vantaa, Kivistö. The position starts by agreement. The nursery emphasizes physical activity to support children’s activity, interest in movement, and a healthy attitude toward their bodies and environment. The atmosphere is safe, warm, and welcoming, with a focus on each child’s pace, individual encounter, listening, and belonging. Our educators share a strong team spirit, creating a gentle atmosphere at the daycare. Our aim is to create daily routines where children feel free to express all emotions and feel secure every day. As an Early Years Teacher you support and promote children’s growth, development, and learning. You will manage the content of early childhood education plans and implement them in practice. You will plan, evaluate, and develop the pedagogical activities of the child group and be part of ensuring high-quality pedagogy in your unit. You have a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and active attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to meet children genuinely.
