This job offers a comfortable and flexible paid position with no formal education or degree requirements. You can influence your workload and where and when you work, and you’ll help others in a way that leaves a positive impression. The role is described as a personal assistant to support daily tasks for clients, both at home and outside, following the private social services collective agreement. No specialized training is required; the right attitude and reliability are key. Training is provided in our internal academy before starting. Tasks can include shopping assistance, outdoor activities, meals and cooking, dressing, hobbies, and home maintenance. Work shifts may include weekdays and weekends, with flexible daytime hours. You will meet each new client before starting the relationship, and together we can find suitable arrangements if something does not work as planned. Applicants should submit the job application form; it does not bind you. A criminal record extract (dated under 6 months) is required before starting employment.
