Early Childhood Education Social Worker

Varhaiskasvatuksen sosionomi responsible for coordinating and supporting pedagogical activities within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to family cooperation, promoting inclusiveness and wellbeing of children, and developing services and new practices to support child welfare and community. Open position located at Ylästö day care, part of the Ylästö unit, with a team of 17 professionals and support staff. The unit emphasizes inclusive leadership and a supportive, collaborative work culture. The role includes teaching and guidance for children aged 2–4 together with a kindergarten teacher and a child caregiver, with flexible participation in planning, implementation and evaluation of activities, and close cooperation with guardians.
