Kokki, Lomakeskus Himmerki, Posio. We are looking for an a’la carte COOK at Himmerki in Posio for the winter season 2026-2027. Posio is one of Lapland’s best-kept secrets, and there is a spot for you. Himmerki and Hotel Kirikeskus offer experiences for guests and locals year-round in Lapland’s unique scenery. Himmerki has 220 beds, two restaurants and a growing number of domestic and international guests. Himmerki offers guests high-quality flavors with emphasis on local ingredients and sustainability. Work starts around 15.11.2026 and lasts until the end of the spring season, roughly the end of March 2027. The job mainly consists of a-la-carte cook duties, but other kitchen tasks are included. A varied role across Lomakeskus Himmerki and Hotel Kirikeskus. What we expect from you: previous experience in restaurant cook tasks, flexible and energetic attitude, good teamwork skills and ability to work independently, initiative, upbeat attitude and passion for the hospitality industry, good stress tolerance in a busy environment, fluent English, Hygiene passport and food worker health declaration.
