Hesburger is seeking a shift supervisor for its restaurant in Sastamalan Torikeskus, Sastamala. The role involves being part of the restaurant’s supervisory team and taking responsibility for the restaurant’s operations and results. You will lead and organize your own shift, help develop the skills of your team, and share responsibilities with others. The position is temporary with potential for permanent employment later. We expect prior experience in the restaurant industry; training is provided, with support from the restaurant manager and our strong chain. The working hours are flexible, including mornings and evenings, and employees are offered a bonus system in addition to hourly wages. An Epassi culture, sport and wellbeing benefit is included, and staff receive a 50% discount on meals during shifts and 25% outside of work. IPA awards are used to recognize good performance.
