With digitalization, we are providing solutions for things that are important to people and for sustainable development. We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Elisa ID team. Through digital identities and Elisa ID, we solve the challenges of unifying and centralizing identities and customer data in real time while ensuring high quality and privacy compliance. Elisa ID is a critical system in Elisa’s digital ecosystem, at the centre of “everything”, and has a big impact on customer satisfaction. The team is responsible for developing SSO and other identity and access management services for Elisa customers. Our mission is to improve data quality and create better customer experiences across services and channels, ultimately driving business growth. We expect you to bring experience in the following areas:Around five years of full‑stack development experience in digital services. At least three years of hands-on experience with identity and access management solutions, including protocols such as SSO, MFA, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SAML. Understanding of identity lifecycle management and automated provisioning. Active interest in the security landscape, with a habit of keeping up with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry developments. Good communication skills in spoken and written English (Finnish is a plus). We also appreciate familiarity with modern security principles such as Zero Trust and least privilege, understanding of cloud environments such as GCP and AWS, REST/JSON API design, and Go programming. You don’t have to know everything; the position allows you to learn more as you go. The rest of your role will be customized based on your experience and interests and can be some combination of Infrastructure/SRE/DevOps; co-operation with other telecom operators on Mobile Identity; working with multidisciplinary service design and development teams. The team works remotely with hybrid work guidelines. The selected candidate must pass Security Clearance Vetting in Finland, which requires residing in Finland for several years before clearance can be completed.
