Global Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our global supply chain team based in Taiwan. In this role, you will be the operational linchpin for freight management across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region while supporting critical global trade compliance, financial workflows, and inventory optimization efforts. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of international shipping mechanisms, multi-regional 3PL coordination, and trade regulations. You will serve as the primary operational interface for freight forwarders and internal cross-functional partners, ensuring seamless regional shipment execution, proactive problem-solving, and efficient inventory allocation across global trial pools and warehouse nodes. Responsibilities include regional freight & carrier management in APAC, freight procurement & financial auditing, global trade compliance & importer operations, and inventory management & network optimization. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5+ years of experience in international logistics, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Travel up to 30% to supplier sites and US headquarters.
