What You’ll Do: Provide onsite and virtual consultation and support to managers, People teams, and members to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness. Onsite schedule includes Monday and Thursday 8:30am-5pm with virtual support Tue/Wed for 4 hours. Deliver strategic consultation to executives and HR partners. Provide crisis response, small-group leadership discussions, and tailored trainings for executives. Collaborate with onsite providers, maintain documentation, assess risk, and navigate benefits ecosystems. Travel to Westchester, NY campus as needed. Qualifications: Licenses to practice psychotherapy in NY/NJ; five years post-graduate experience; telehealth proficiency; executive-level presentation experience; ability to work independently and with teams. Requirements
- Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in NY and NJ; Connecticut licensure is a plus
- Five years post-graduate experience as an independently licensed clinician
- Experience providing management consultation, CIR, executive-level presentations
- Telehealth proficiency
- Willingness to travel locally (Westchester, NY)
