Job Details
Responsibilities
- Support systematic occupational safety work (SAM)
- Identify risks, conduct risk assessments and drive improvements
- Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and standards
- Develop and implement management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Conduct internal audits, gap analyses and audits
- Handle incidents, near-misses and investigations
- Plan and deliver trainings in occupational health, BAS-P/U and safety
- Report and follow up KPIs and regulatory requirements
- Act in roles such as HSE advisor, occupational safety coordinator, Safety manager and BAS-P/U in projects
- Placement is flexible with multiple offices in southern and western Sweden, primarily Gothenburg, Malmö, Karlshamn and Karlstad; travel may occur.
Requirements
- Relevant education in occupational health, HSE, or engineering
- Several years of HSE/occupational health experience; construction or manufacturing familiarity
- Knowledge of occupational health legislation, risk management, and SAM
- Experience with BAS-P/BAS-U
- Valid driving license (B)
- Proficiency in Swedish and English
- Merits: quality and environmental management systems exposure (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and training leadership
