Business Manager

Business Manager We are looking for a Business Manager to develop customer-facing operations and manage named customer accounts in machine and equipment manufacturing. Your place of work will be in Seinäjoki or Pirkkala, and you will report to the Director of Partner Business. Role description As Business Manager, you will develop customer-facing operations and later independently take responsibility for day-to-day collaboration with significant machine and equipment manufacturing customers. You will work with key account sales, product managers and buyers. You will be responsible for customer product pricing and management and will develop customer-facing processes. You have experience in production control and product data management, as well as knowledge of sheet-metal products and their further processing. What we expect from you Suitable technical education, for example a Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Science in Engineering. Willingness to develop, readiness to travel and high-quality customer relationship management. Understanding of different steel manufacturing methods and production processes, and of the applications of steel materials and the requirements they set. Experience with industrial sales responsibility for machine and equipment manufacturing principals. A desire to learn about our entire production chain and take part in improving it. Flexibility, good interaction and negotiation skills, and a goal-oriented and results-driven approach to work. We consider these an advantage A machine-shop background or understanding of steel gained elsewhere. Knowledge of the industry, products or customer base.
