Would you like to help shape the future of healthcare? We are looking for a customer support specialist for a permanent position in HUS IT. The IT department is an active player that develops and implements new innovations in healthcare. It delivers information system solutions and services to the HUS group, its partner organisations and affiliates. You will work within the Patient Systems area, supporting mainly the Apotti patient information system, and also acting as an expert and support resource for other systems when needed. Your duties include resolving various incidents and guiding healthcare professionals in using the patient information system and the related documentation. You will advise users during calls, analyze, prioritise and resolve support and service requests in cooperation with other support teams. The role also includes system maintenance tasks and monitoring the quality of documentation. We work in close collaboration with different units and support teams. Working hours are mainly weekday shifts between 7:00 and 17:00. The employer follows office hours and a hybrid model, where part of the week is on-site and part can be remote. We are looking for a good team player who can work customer‑oriented and independently and who can understand and interpret users’ needs. Success in the role requires: experience with the Apotti patient information system; a customer-oriented service attitude and good interpersonal skills; fluent Finnish in spoken and written communication; ability to work as an expert in a planned, goal‑oriented and self‑driven way; stress tolerance and willingness to take on tasks outside one’s own area of expertise; excellent teamwork skills; a desire to learn and develop, and to improve shared practices; and knowledge of Windows operating system and common office applications.
