You will join a global and dynamic Product team, where you will help shape the communication domain team strategies with the Head of Product and Product Management team in an engaging collaboration. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders and the leadership team to guide our communication product roadmap. This means gathering client needs, validating desirability and viability, and innovating retail communication workflows, to enable our clients workforce with outcome-focused capabilities. You should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, 2-3 years of relevant experience, experience with agile methodologies, and excellent English communication skills. Location is Copenhagen, Denmark, primarily in-office. The role is full-time. The salary is competitive, with benefits including pension, health insurance, and various social activities. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Product/Project/Communications Manager and ideally understanding of modern SaaS product development in an agile environment
- Experience with agile or hybrid project management methodologies
- Experience delivering high-quality software products or retail communication strategies
- You must be able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and have strong collaboration skills
- You prefer to work in a dynamic scaleup environment, requiring re-prioritization skills and fast adaptation to change
- Located in or near Copenhagen as this position is primarily in-office
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different locations in Europe for client and internal meetings
