We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible early childhood teacher for Lystilä Daycare, to join our team serving children under three. The role requires pedagogical expertise and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to contribute ideas in a constructive and respectful way. The daycare currently employs multiple professionals including other early childhood teachers, social educators, and child carers, and features a supportive, collegial atmosphere with emphasis on small-group activities. The candidate will work in a team tasked with delivering high-quality early childhood education, with responsibilities including following the municipal educational policy and safety standards, and participating in collaboration with other professionals. The daycare operates Monday through Friday, with shifts from early morning to early evening (6:00–17:10) and occasional evening or night work compensated as applicable. The workplace is located near Jumbo Shopping Centre in Vantaa, with good transport links and nearby parks and outdoor spaces. The successful candidate should show positive, sensitive, innovative, flexible, and customer-oriented attitude, and commit to the work community. Salary details include base pay with potential allowances for qualifications and master's-level education, as well as seniority-based incrementations. The contract is permanent, with a six-month probation period, full-time status, and a weekly schedule of 38 hours 15 minutes. The recruitment process may include video interviews.
