We are seeking a skilled concrete element manufacturer for our Lahti factory. The job involves independent work in producing concrete elements, with emphasis on wall, sandwich, and balcony elements. Experience with brick-faced elements and thick plaster is a plus. Tasks range from reading drawings to finishing the element, with responsibility for the quality of your workmanship. Good Finnish or English is required; Finnish as the primary working language, English is acceptable as well. The role is temporary with potential for long-term placement for the right candidate. We offer a salary aligned with your competence, paid twice a month, and training and equipment provided. Daily support is available for work matters, and opportunities for professional growth exist.
