Childcare Worker

A Swedish-language early childhood education role in Vanda, Finland. The position is for a child care worker at the Håkansböle day care center, within the Vanda municipal Swedish-speaking service area. The unit focuses on themes such as language and communication, play, and well-being, with participation in the ProSmå project to strengthen socio-emotional skills and positive interactions across the day care. The successful applicant will join the pedagogical team, collaborate with multiprofessional partners, and help develop an inclusive organizational culture across the unit. Requirements include strong teamwork and the ability to communicate confidently and respectfully with children, colleagues, and guardians.
