Synsam continues to grow! We are now hiring an OPTOMETRIST for permanent employment at the Synsam Riihimäki optical store in Riihimäki! The optometrist’s role at Synsam We want to give our customers the best possible service. We are looking for someone who listens to customers and takes care of their eye examinations and customer service as a proactive, solution-oriented professional. At Synsam, optometrists also take an active part in sales. They spend time both in the examination room and in the store, offering customers the best possible solutions for vision care and style, primarily our excellent Lifestyle agreement. What we are looking for You may be about to graduate as an optometrist, have a few years of work experience, or have been working as an optometrist for longer. Above all, we hope you are willing and able to provide high-quality, professional and expert optometrist services. You work fluently in Finnish and English; other language skills are an advantage. You are the person we are looking for if: You are qualified as an optometrist and licensed to practise in the profession. You may also be about to graduate as an optometrist! You are results-driven and goal-oriented. You are competitive and set your sights high. You see opportunities and enjoy making things happen. Shifts are scheduled according to the store’s opening hours. We offer competitive pay of approximately €3,000–€4,000 per month, depending, among other things, on previous work experience.
