Responsibilities
- Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement end to end supply chain solutions (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics)
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including procurement, finance, operations, and IT
- Configure and support SCM systems (ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Drive demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization initiatives
- Provide business process reengineering and best practice recommendations
- Support system implementation, testing, and go live activities
- Deliver user training and documentation for SCM processes
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 3–10 years of experience in SCM or consulting
