The role is to support and guide clients in daily life and assess their functioning, working in two shifts in a care facility for people with disabilities in Seinäjoki. The employer provides an onboarding, a competent team, a friendly work community, and supports staff wellbeing through active daily routines and shared wellbeing acts. The unit operates around-the-clock residential and communal living for people with intellectual disabilities, in new premises near Seinäjoki city center. The base pay for the caregiver position is defined by the Private Social Services Collective Agreement: pay scale G24D, with starting monthly earnings between 2811.09 and 3071.09 EUR depending on experience. We look for sote-sector AMK education (preferably occupational therapy), experience in development disability work (nepsy expertise), and willingness to start as soon as possible per contract.
