The position involves 2-shift work, and the employee is responsible for their own shift scheduling. Experience in shift planning, Rafaela, medication administration, PCA pumps, and personnel work is valued. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification with legal registration as a nurse in Finland
- Good oral and satisfactory written proficiency in Finnish
- Vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act
- Tuberculosis screening according to Section 55 of the Communicable Diseases Act
- Occupational health assessment of ability to perform duties
- Approved LOP/LOVe LOP medication permit by the end of the probation period
- Resilience, calmness, and ability to react to changing situations
- Strong cooperation and interaction skills, initiative, and ability to work independently and make decisions
