Forcit Defence is seeking an analytical and development-oriented quality engineer/quality expert for Hanko. The role offers responsibility and impact in supporting domestic and international security, in collaboration with skilled professionals in defence technology. Responsibilities include quality management, continuous improvement, and process development; you will implement quality management and quality assurance as a specialist, developing processes, guidelines, and operating models; participate in quality management and audits of products related to defence technology in cooperation with production and product development; identify and analyze quality improvement targets and promote ongoing development; work in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements include technical education (e.g., engineering), experience in quality engineering or similar industrial roles, ISO 9001 knowledge (AQAP-2110 and Six Sigma considered advantageous), experience with internal and external audits, knowledge of statistical methods and analysis tools, experience in process development, quality measurement and reporting, excellent collaboration and communication skills, fluent Finnish and English writing and speaking (Swedish advantageous), and a systematic, proactive, analytical approach.
