In the East district we ensure high-quality and smooth living across 12,000 apartments. Are you a real estate maintenance professional capable of handling repair, maintenance and service tasks in indoor and outdoor areas? Do you master Wille environment maintenance machines and their work tools? Apply to become a maintenance foreman to take care of our properties. The position is permanent. As a maintenance foreman you work as part of our property maintenance team. In an independent role you are responsible for the availability, safety and cleanliness of outdoor areas. Snow plowing, gritting, leaf removal and other yard maintenance tasks are typical duties. The work is very independent, so a responsible work attitude and initiative are required. The foreman also participates in the broad duties of the property caretaker by supporting repair and maintenance work. We value willingness to participate in maintenance duty days. We require from you: previous experience in similar tasks and ability to operate the machines used in property maintenance; a positive attitude and good motivation; initiative and ability to take responsibility for your area and duties; customer-service-mindedness; general manual skills applicable to property maintenance; a driving licence (B). Professional education in real estate and other technical property maintenance skills are a plus. You may complete your property caretaker qualification while working.
