Havukallion day care in Vantaa is seeking a permanent early childhood teacher starting 1 September 2026. The day care is located in a nature-friendly, wooded residential area with good transport links. The facility has been renovated and five child groups operate there. The role involves shaping a warm, safe, and playful daily life for each child, recognizing strengths, encouraging and praising. Pedagogy focuses on emotional and interaction skills and language development. A broad specialist teacher and developmental teacher support the pedagogy; ProVaka operating model is used. The team is experienced and professional; there is support and room for humor in the workday. The unit also hosts student teachers as a field daycare. We value flexibility, development-mindedness, and collaboration. Good Finnish language skills are required. Application deadline is 28 August 2026 at 16:00.
