StaffPoint is seeking a Kitchen Shift Supervisor for the Airport Cafe at Ivalo Airport for the winter season 2026-2027. The airport is a busy and unique work environment where you will encounter different customers and utilize your language skills daily. The shop offers souvenirs and local delicacies. You will mainly work in the airport kitchen between 9:00 and 19:00. We are looking for someone who enjoys an international environment. Our customers value friendly and efficient service. The work is busy, fast-paced, and each day is likely to be different. The employment begins on 17 November 2026 and is expected to last until approximately 11 April 2027. The position is full-time, 112.5 hours/3 weeks. The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint. Lapland Hotels chain is a non-smoking workplace. We require from you: - Previous experience in the restaurant industry - Ability to manage tasks, teamwork skills, and a firm supervisory attitude - Finnish and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage - Hygiene and alcohol certificates - Clean criminal background; a brief security check will be conducted for the selected candidate - Valid passport/ID card or photographic ID.
