Gardener

We are seeking a gardener or horticulturist for a permanent full-time position in Espoo. The employer is a financially sound property maintenance company serving housing associations and properties in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The successful candidate will be employed directly by the client. Start date as soon as possible. The role focuses on maintenance of green areas rather than construction. Duties include mowing and maintenance of lawn areas, pruning of trees and shrubs, weeding and watering tasks, leaf blowing and autumn cleanup, general upkeep of gardens, and paving work; work is performed on weekdays during daytime shifts. We expect prior experience in green area maintenance, horticulture qualification such as a basic qualification in horticulture (gardener) or horticulturist degree, initiative and responsibility, good plant knowledge and interest in greenery, ability to work both independently and in a team, and a B driving license.
